These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of edinfineart.com (the "Site") and the purchase of fine art prints sold through the Site. By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

The Site and Its Content

Edinburgh fineart.com is owned and operated by Edin Chavez. All photographs, images, text, design, and content on this Site are the exclusive property of Edin Chavez and are protected by United States and international copyright laws.

Intellectual Property

All photographs displayed on this Site are copyright © Edin Chavez. All rights reserved. No photograph, image, or content from this Site may be:

• Downloaded, copied, or reproduced for any purpose without written permission
• Used for commercial purposes, advertising, or resale
• Shared on social media or other platforms without proper attribution
• Used to create derivative works without a licensing agreement

The purchase of a fine art print grants you a license to display that print for personal, non-commercial use only. It does not transfer copyright or grant any reproduction rights.

Print Orders and Payment

All prices are listed in US dollars. By placing an order, you agree to pay the listed price plus any applicable shipping charges. Payment is processed securely through Stripe. We reserve the right to cancel any order for any reason, including pricing errors, at which point a full refund will be issued.

Orders are transmitted to WHCC professional labs for production. Production time is typically 5–7 business days. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.

Limited Edition Prints

Limited edition prints are sold in fixed quantities as described on the product listing. Each edition is individually numbered. Once an edition is sold out, it is permanently retired and will not be reproduced. Edition numbers and Certificate of Authenticity documentation are final and non-transferable to other prints.

Shipping and Delivery

We ship worldwide via FedEx and UPS. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. We are not responsible for customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may be charged by your country. Risk of loss transfers to you upon delivery to the carrier. If your print arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photographic documentation.

Returns and Refunds

Because each fine art print is produced to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse, incorrect size selection, or change of mind. We will replace or refund prints that arrive damaged or defective. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of any damage.

Refunds for damaged prints are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of our confirmation.

Certificate of Authenticity

A Certificate of Authenticity (COA) is issued with every fine art print order. The COA is for the specific print ordered and is non-transferable to other prints. The COA does not constitute a warranty of future value or investment return.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

Color representation of prints on screen may vary from the actual printed product due to differences in monitor calibration. We are not responsible for color variations within normal production tolerances.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Edin Chavez shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or purchase of prints. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific order giving rise to the claim.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Miami-Dade County, Florida.

Photography Licensing

For commercial licensing, editorial use, or reproduction rights, please contact us. Licensing is available for select images on a case-by-case basis.

Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance.
